flexible shaft coupling / anti-vibration

Vulkan Drive Tech's Vulkardan L couplings were design for simultaneous use with cardan shafts. The couplings shield both the cardan shafts and driven machinery from inadmissible vibratory loads. Its construction consists of highly flexible elements, with inner and outer coupling parts supported against/in each other. This design enables it to resist radial and axial loads generated by the cardan shaft.

The elements have high torsional flexibility and good damping properties. Its support also enables additional damping.

The Vulkardan L couplings are suitable for bulk material handling, special applications, and those involving oil & gas. It can also be utilized in applications that require linear torsional stiffness characteristics, with a torque range of 0.20 knm to 40.00 kNm. Each size can be fitted with different DIN (or other standard) flange connections for different cardan shaft types/sizes.
